For the fastest answer on a connection issue, include:

• Your iOS version and TerminalPost version (Settings → About)
• Your TNC or audio interface model, and the connection type (BLE, TCP, or software modem)
• The mode you were running — e.g. AFSK 1200 or 300 baud
• What you expected, and what happened instead
